The Wild Old Lady Exiled To Florida

OK, I admit I'm a "character", love to write funny "bits" and My Corky (husband) supplies me with a "wealth" of comedic material. Follow my blog, have a few laughs with me, and let me know what you think. You are the most interesting, important person in the world and I hope to entertain you.

About Me

My photo
The Wild Old Lady From Florida
Brooksville, Florida, United States
At 68, I am finally "free to be me", and feel great! IF YOU WANT TO BUY ANY OF MY ART, PLEASE CONTACT ME! I always wanted to be an artist or a writer. Told I couldn't make a living that way, I spent most of my life being a square peg trying to fit into a round hole! It took me a lifetime to discover that whatever I "am", is what I was meant to be, and I now embrace what I "am"! I hide a lot of inner strength and intelligence behind laughter and still have that imaginative streak I was born with. People have tried to control me by calling my adventurous spirit "wild" so much that I have decided to proudly claim "Wild" as part of my own positive self-description! (Hah, take that!) I love to meet new people, go to new places, put a bold stroke of color on a canvass, or watercolor paper. I am grateful to have a husband who supports me in my creative attempts. I am lucky! My blog will be filled with examples of my art... hopefully comical views of the world as seen through my eyes, a few really cute vignettes of my husband - Corky, and some tiresome, sentimental, blogs about people I have known. (Skip those!) If you want to be amused, just follow my blog...
